Carinah joined the APC team in December 2021. She received her B.A. in Business with a minor in Early Childhood. Carinah has over 17 years of experience working with children and families. Her past employment includes working with the Air Force for 16 years as a Director of the Child Development Center and a Training Curriculum Specialist working with families and children.
