The Alabama Partnership for Children is hiring for the Executive Assistant position!
The Executive Assistant (EA) should have knowledge and expertise in nonprofit management, human services agency management and support, or experience with agency operations.
The EA provides support to the T.E.A.C.H. scholarship program and supports general agency bookkeeping and record-keeping functions.
The EA also performs basic operations and facilities functions to support all program areas and staff, including being the front desk person who manages and responds to all calls and visitors with professionalism and effectiveness, maintains all office equipment and supplies, and other facility needs.
This is a full-time non-exempt position, and the EA reports to the T.E.A.C.H. Director.
