With 20 years of experience in the Early Childhood field, Courtney has worked at a local daycare center in Montgomery, Alabama, Montgomery Community Action Head Start, and The Family Guidance Center’s Success By 6 program.
Courtney is a proud alumna of Alabama State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in ECE at Troy State University. She is also a TEACH Scholarship graduate. In January 2025, Courtney joined the Alabama Partnership for Children as a TEACH Counselor. Although she transitioned from being an ECE teacher, her passion for early childhood education remains strong, and she’s thrilled to continue supporting the field in this new role.
