Mary joined the APC team in February 2021 as a Help Me Grow Alabama Care Coordinator and transitioned to the Help Me Grow Alabama Community Liaison in June 2021. She earned a Bachelor Degree in Communications and Theology from Spring Hill College. Most recently, she was the principal at St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Tuskegee, AL. Prior to that position, she served the elderly poor in the Little Sisters of the Poor nursing homes for 9 years throughout the United States and France. Mary has also developed and overseen volunteer programs for adults and youth in those nursing homes. Before working with non-profit organizations, Mary worked in the media, both in radio and TV/Film production. She now brings her vast experience to serve the community of Alabama. Mary will be supporting families and helping them find the resources necessary for their children’s development and is glad to be of service to all.
